2015 Viking Football Hall of Fame Class
Mike Knoll - Player 2002 - 2005
“It’s not the size of the dog in the fight, but rather the size of the fight in the dog that really matters”. There is no better quote to describe 2015 Viking Hall of Fame inductee Mike Knoll. During his time as a Viking, Mike was often over matched as an undersized offensive lineman. Although his opponents were often much bigger and stronger the one thing they could never match was the size of Mike Knoll’s heart or the strength of his character. Through sheer determination and grit Mike Knoll willed himself to become a great Viking. Mike showed up to practice everyday with the goal to make himself better knowing this would make our team better. Knowing his physical limitations Mike worked hard to become technically better than his opponents, which gave him the edge in one on one battles.
Mike represents the working class attitude of all offensive lineman. He is quiet, understated and never drew attention to himself. He was selfless and did whatever was required of him to help the team - he cared so much for his team. Mike never received much outside attention but Mike was OK with that as long as he got to toil away in the trenches. Mike is the first Offensive Lineman inducted into the Viking Hall of Fame and he sets the standard of what a Viking lineman should be. Mike helped the Vikings to a Championship in 2004 and he individually he received the Most Outstanding Lineman award in 2005 and the Most Improved Player award in 2004. Mike currently lives in Winnipeg and is the Owner/Manager of Knoll Properties he lives with his long time girlfriend Stacy.

Wyatt continues to coach others about the "Viking Way" in which character is the cornerstone. Wyatt currently is working as a teacher in the Brandon School Division.
Jordan Zenk - Player 2000 - 2003
Jordan Zenk was as tough and gritty of a football player that has ever played Viking football. Jordan was a play maker that could score from any position on the field at any time. Jordan never let his size determine his play, instead he played with an unbridled courage and determination that were fueled by a fiercely competitive spirit and a love for his teammates. Jordan played many positions during his time as a Viking including outside linebacker for the 2000 championship team as a 135 pound grade 9 student. Jordan really excelled on the offensive side of the ball and the Viking coaches would design playbooks with one thing in mind - get Jordan the ball! His quickness and ability to change direction caused nightmares for defensive coordinators in the RMFL. Jordan was also a tremendous leader who could inspire his teammates with his play and his words. Jordan's passion for the game fueled the team to it's many successes during his playing days - including a championship in 2000 and an appearance in the RMFL final in 2003. Jordan received the Viking Football Most Outstanding Offensive player both in 2002 and 2003. Jordan is a man of character and integrity and somebody young Viking football players can look up to. Jordan believes in the core values of the Viking program and he lives them daily. Jordan recently traveled extensively in Asia and continues to give back to the community by volunteering for the Helping Hands soup kitchen as an executive member. Jordan works in the private sector here in Brandon.
